- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and researchers on strategic thinking and long-term planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think several years into the future and translate long-term visions into short-term executable roadmaps.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of current AI architectures (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) and the projected trajectory of these technologies through 2026.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-level problems in dynamic environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
