Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI and technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead the R&D initiatives for emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and edge computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering and product teams.
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets to bolster our technological capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML, or a related engineering field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, neural networks, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
