Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year AI strategy aligned with business objectives and emerging technological trends

- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies for strategic integration
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for responsible innovation
- Present strategic vision and progress to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI strategy team
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to advance AI capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful AI roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI technologies including LLMs, computer vision, and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Published research or patents in AI/ML fields
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF) preferred
