Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Product and AI Strategy roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead the R&D initiatives for next-gen AI applications, focusing on scalability and ethical AI.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to define long-term technical and business goals.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Agentic AI) to gain competitive advantage.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Oversee product lifecycle management for high-impact AI features.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Technical Consulting.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI architectures.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
