Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Nexus Future Systems leading up to and beyond the 2026 strategic milestone.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Continuously analyze and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI frameworks) to determine their viability for core product integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and product strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and external partners.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies 3-5 years into the future.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus on high-stakes technical decisions.
