Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for large language models and generative AI agents.
- Optimize Performance: Push the boundaries of inference speed and model efficiency to handle real-time, high-volume processing.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Implement guardrails and ethical frameworks to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and responsible.
- Research & Prototyping: Spearhead POCs (Proof of Concepts) for emerging AI paradigms like Neural Radiance Fields and Multimodal Learning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD: In Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in LLM development.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges and optimizing deep neural networks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate research papers into production-grade code.
