Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specificationsInstall conduits, wiring, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with NYC electrical codes
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekly training sessions and safety briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
- No electrical experience required – we provide full training
