Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for accurate execution
- Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment
- Collaborate with team leads on project timelines
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
