Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate hand and power tools correctly under supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
- Load and unload materials and equipment efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development).
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions).
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work on ladders.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
