Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by laying out materials, tools, and equipment.
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures according to blueprints and local codes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of circuits to ensure functionality.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Document work completed and report any material shortages to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Basic understanding of mathematics (fractions, decimals) and reading comprehension.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various environments.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide the training!
- Must be willing to obtain required apprenticeship certifications.
