Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read Blueprints: Learn to interpret electrical plans and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform Routine Tasks: Help with pulling wire, mounting outlets, and installing lighting fixtures under supervision.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Assist in identifying and resolving basic electrical faults and circuit problems.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols on every job site.
- Customer Service: Interact with homeowners and business clients professionally, explaining work being performed.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: High school diploma or GED is preferred; trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
