Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Perform water heater installations, boiler servicing, and sewer line repairs
- Adhere strictly to Tennessee plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent communication
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale renovation projects
- Complete detailed work orders and maintain inventory of supplies
- Train apprentices on best practices and industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee state plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
