Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by laying out materials, gathering tools, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
- Operate and maintain various power tools, test equipment, and hand tools under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to diagnose electrical issues and assist in repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local Los Angeles electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for candidates eager to learn the trade.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
