Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by gathering materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve circuit issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document work completed and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We are looking for raw talent and a strong work ethic; on-the-job training is provided.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for calculating measurements and wiring diagrams.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
