Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all electrical systems meet local and national safety codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Educate junior staff and apprentices on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments, including elevated areas.
