Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior team members with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Prepare Materials: Strip wire ends, cut conduit to length, and assemble electrical boxes and fixtures.
- Read Blueprints: Begin learning to interpret basic electrical blueprints and diagrams.
- Site Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Material Handling: Help load, unload, and store construction materials at job sites.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior experience who possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Skills: Good reading comprehension and basic math skills are helpful.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
