Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as directed by the foreman.
- Learn to troubleshoot circuit issues and assist in diagnosing complex electrical faults.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value potential and attitude over history.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
