Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings under supervision.
- Prepare work areas by gathering tools and materials, and maintaining a clean, organized site.
- Perform basic tasks such as bending conduit, pulling wire, and terminating connections.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently while learning proper techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide the training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic math skills (fractions, measurements) and strong reading comprehension.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn the trade.
