Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, cable pulling, and terminal connections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Use electrical testing equipment and hand tools effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior experience necessary; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and ability to measure distances accurately.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
