Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Learn from experienced professionals while performing routine electrical tasks under supervision.
- Install and Repair: Help with the installation of wiring, conduit, lighting fixtures, and electrical outlets.
- Tools and Materials: Prepare work areas, gather necessary tools, and assist in material inventory management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Read Blueprints: Begin training to interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome high school graduates and career changers looking to enter the trade.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for safety and quality workmanship.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
