Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand basic plumbing schematics.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering under strict supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong desire to learn a trade and work with your hands.
- No prior plumbing experience is required for this entry-level position.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions are essential.
