Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist in diagnosing pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Operate hand/power tools safely (pipe cutters, wrenches, drain snakes)
- Follow blueprints and building codes for residential/commercial projects
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters and sewage systems
- Maintain clean job sites and comply with safety protocols
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and on-the-job training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain plumbing licenses (company-sponsored)
- Background check and drug screen required
- Team player with excellent communication skills
