Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential electrical systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for urgent repairs
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Manage project timelines and material inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years as licensed electrician (FL Journeyman/ Master)
- Valid Florida electrical contractor license
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Advanced expertise in PLC systems and VFDs
- Proven weekend shift reliability
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
