Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Gain experience with pipefitting, fixture repair, and water heater maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and building codes for all plumbing operations
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development workshops
- Assist with emergency plumbing calls and weekend rotations as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and service vehicles
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and commitment to learning new skills
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
