Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain clearing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Learn plumbing codes and best practices through on-the-job training
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment under supervision
- Complete daily job reports and inventory checks
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotations (after training)
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
