Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot basic plumbing issues under supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Use hand and power tools (pipe wrenches, soldering torches, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Basic math skills are required for measuring and cutting pipe lengths.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to pursue Journeyman certification within 4 years.
