Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with installation and construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery
- Participate in team-based problem-solving and project completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (paid training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
