Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman plumbers with residential and commercial installation and repair tasks.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and local plumbing codes.
- Perform basic maintenance, leak detection, and troubleshooting on piping systems.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and estimates.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to obtain required state licensure and complete apprenticeship training.
