Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support concrete pours, framing, and finishing operations as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related physical work experience
- Valid O-10 card or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work outdoors in Pacific Northwest weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, levels)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Seattle metro
- Weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays, 6am-4pm)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
