Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic pipefitting, threading, and soldering tasks under strict supervision.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common plumbing issues under guidance.
- Respond to emergency service calls and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required; we provide the training.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
