Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under strict supervision.
- Locate and identify water leaks and drainage issues using modern detection tools.
- Ensure all job sites are cleaned up, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding job progress.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand local plumbing codes.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces).
- Availability: Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is highly preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Attitude: Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow within the trade.
