Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and various plumbing fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License required (Master Plumber preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes (NC) and national standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
