Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn pipefitting, drain cleaning, fixture repair, and water heater installationMaintain clean and organized job sites and company vehiclesFollow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all timesComplete training modules and demonstrate skill progressionProvide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
- Document work orders and maintain service logs accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston metro
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train motivated candidates
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work weekends and emergency calls as needed
