Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers: Shadow experienced professionals to learn installation, repair, and maintenance techniques.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by laying out materials, cleaning work areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Equipment Handling: Transport tools and materials to and from job sites; help maintain a clean, organized truck.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to residential and commercial clients.
- Learning & Development: Study plumbing codes, blueprints, and safety regulations under supervision.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated candidates willing to learn and work hard.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
