Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand piping layouts under supervision.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the company van.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks under guidance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong desire to learn the trade.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
