Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites, ensuring all equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform basic maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in tight, confined spaces.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a Texas Journeyman or Master License within a set timeframe (training provided).
