Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of plumbing tools, work areas, and vehicles.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Measure, cut, and thread pipe according to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their plumbing issues and provide updates.
- Assist in diagnosing minor leaks and unclogging drains under supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in tight spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths.
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and a commitment to safety.
- U.S. Work authorization is required.
