Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and plumbing schematics.
- Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local codes.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and safe for the public and team members.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (hot, cold, cramped spaces, heights).
- Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade and a commitment to craftsmanship.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Excellent customer service attitude and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
