Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and wiring.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting outlets and switches.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Adhere strictly to all local and national electrical codes, as well as OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with the project lead and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders.
- Basic math skills for measuring and ordering supplies.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety.
