Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial repair projects under supervision.
- Learn to install, maintain, and repair water distribution systems, drains, and piping.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering (brazing) techniques.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Study blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to understand system layouts.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and providing updates on service progress.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for raw talent and a willingness to learn; apprenticeship training provided.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during peak seasons.
