Responsibilities
- Learn and Assist: Observe and assist master plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Tool Management: Learn to identify, use, and maintain plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional manner, explaining issues clearly and answering basic questions.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area before, during, and after every job.
- Material Handling: Help load, unload, and organize supplies, pipes, and fixtures as needed.
- Code Compliance: Learn to adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all work activities.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and aptitude over past experience. Previous construction or manual labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
