Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Locate and identify underground pipes and drains using electronic locating equipment.
- Perform basic tasks such as pipe cutting, threading, and bending.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment from service vehicles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade.
