Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (drains, water heaters, pipes, fixtures)
- Install new plumbing fixtures and systems in residential/commercial properties
- Perform emergency service calls with rapid response times
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed client reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and plumbing codes (Ohio Plumbing Code)
- Maintain company vehicles and inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with team members for complex multi-trade projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with trenchless and green plumbing technologies preferred
