Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Learn to operate, maintain, and handle various hand and power tools safely.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering under direct supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ensure job sites are cleaned up, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Load and unload materials, trucks, and equipment as required.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Necessary: We are looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the plumbing trade.
- Basic math skills are helpful for measurements.
