Responsibilities

- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across all AI infrastructure components.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of emerging AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
