Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, self-improving AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 era.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating Quantum Computing principles with classical Machine Learning models.
- Lead the implementation of autonomous decision-making frameworks that ensure ethical alignment and safety.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex research concepts into production-ready products.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading high-level AI architecture roles.
- Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Deep understanding of deep reinforcement learning and neural architecture search (NAS).
- Strong track record of deploying scalable systems that handle petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
