Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum computing architectures for complex enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve real-world industry challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve qubit coherence and error correction protocols
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics and optimization
- Lead research initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communication systems
- Document technical specifications and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
