- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration and quantum supremacy, specifically tailored for the 2026 market landscape.
- Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems that combine large language models (LLMs) with quantum algorithms.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite researchers and engineers in developing proprietary AI models and hardware-software co-designs.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for responsible AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy in high-stakes environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, investors, and partners to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and resource utilization to handle real-time data processing at scale.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging tech trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to a board of directors.
