Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term AI strategy, specifically aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Quantum AI) to drive competitive advantage.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development and compliance.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-growth tech companies or major R&D initiatives.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
