Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026, aligning R&D goals with business objectives.
- Tech Innovation: Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performance team of engineers, designers, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Future-Proofing: Architect scalable and resilient systems capable of withstanding the rapid evolution of the digital ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or C-suite role.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and implement forward-thinking solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and AI integration strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale technical teams and cross-functional projects.
